What your customers ask AI

Pick your category and city to see the real questions people type into ChatGPT and Gemini when they’re looking for a business like yours.

How it works

  1. Enter the category and city you serve.
  2. We build around 25 questions real customers ask an AI assistant when they are looking for a business like yours.
  3. Copy them one at a time or all at once, and use them wherever you test or track AI answers.

What you get

Around 25 ready to use questions, balanced across four buying intents: best of, near me, a specific attribute, and a head to head comparison.

Example output

best dentist in Austin
dentist near me open on Saturday
which dentist in Austin takes walk-ins
how do the top rated dentists in Austin compare

Good to know

The generator is template based and makes no AI call, so it is free and stays that way. It tells you what to ask, not who gets named; asking the engines and counting the answers is what a scan does.

Why the wording decides the answer

The same business can be named for one phrasing and invisible for another. "Best gym in Austin" and "affordable gym near me" pull different shortlists from the same model, because each question implies a different filter. That is why checking one prompt is not the same as knowing your visibility. A list that spans several phrasings shows you the pattern instead of a single lucky or unlucky draw.

The four intents this list covers

Best of questions reveal who the model treats as the default choice in your category. Near me questions test whether it places you in the right area at all. Attribute questions, like open late or good with kids, surface the businesses whose descriptions and reviews mention that specific thing. Head to head questions name you next to a rival, which is where a weak profile shows up fastest.

What to do with the questions

Paste them into ChatGPT or Gemini one at a time and write down who gets named each time. Look for the competitor that appears in almost every answer, because that is the business the model treats as the safe recommendation. Then compare their Google profile, review count and the directories they appear on with yours. The gap you find is usually the work list.
